Sheikh Shawarma PH was founded in early 2021 when the pandemic began. Founder, Patrick Panuelos is a filipino who grew up in Abu Dhabi. He wanted to bring authentic shawarmas here in the Philippines, eventually added some authentic Middle Eastern Food such as Chicken Kabsa, Beef Kebab, Falafel and the likes.
Sheikh Shawarma PH’s philosophy revolves around it’s quality! To make sure all of their offerings are authentic, all ingredients and spices are regularly shipped from Abu Dhabi. How cool is that?
Some of their best sellers are the Chicken Shawarma, Beef Shawarma and Chicken Kabsa! Don’t forget to order some extra garlic sauce too because shawarmas are best eaten by dipping it with toum!
Close up look on the Chicken Kabsa, now I have travelled to Dubai and Middle Eastern cuisine has been a favorite of mine. I would always bring some for my family back home. Good thing they have it here now! They offer it in HALF 700 or WHOLE 1200.
